Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

We ship to the United Kingdom, European Union, and the United States. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us before placing an order.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method. Any applicable taxes or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to monitor your delivery via the carrier's website.

Lost or Delayed Orders
